Lindsay's Soft Gingersnaps

4 cups flour
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 t. soda
2 t. ginger
1 1/2 cup oil
1/2 molasses

Blend oil, sugar, eggs, molasses.
Ad dry ingredients and stir till blended.
chill for 1 hour. Form in balls. Roll in sugar.
