Everything Muffins - A Mostly Whole Food

1 Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup ground rolled oats
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 grated carrot
1 medium smashed bananas
1/2 cup yogurt
5/8 cups veggie oil
3 large eggs
1/4 to 1/2 cup Applesauce
1/2 to 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and coat a muffin tin with cooking spray. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand until well mixed. Mixture should be moist and thick. Fill muffin cups more than 3/4 full. Make at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.

Yield: 20 to 24 medium sized muffins.
