Amish Baked Oatmeal

Amish Baked Oatmeal

A wonderful, easy breakfast.
Warms my soul. And my belly.

Amish Baked Oatmeal
Combine:
1/4 c butter, melted
1 1/2 c quick-cooking oats
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
3/4 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 t vanilla extract

Spread evenly in a greased 8x8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately spoon into bowls. Add warm milk. Top with berries or brown sugar.
