Lindsay's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Beat until smooth:
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
1 c canola oil

Combine and add to pumpkin mixture:
3 c flour
2 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 t soda
1 t cinnamon

Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill greased muffin cups/tin 3/4 full. Bake 400 for 16-20 minutes, or until done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
